The asic qulaity isnt calculated..its readed from the chip..it wont change due driver, bios mods, or oc..
as far i was reading it all and opbserved it since it started @ techpowerup, the more % u have, the less leakage ur GPU chip has..the lesser teh % is, the more Leakage u have...means u will need less voltage with higher rated % to maintain standart clocks....With higher leakage its the otehr way around...

Still i think i have it mixed up, cause it says:
But hey, maybe im wrong...thats just what i observed and was reading in all forums that started a thread over it and posted all the info s...l

Please, if Unwinder or someone with better knowledge then me, is here, correct me if im wrong :) THX

    Here are some infos:

if its ok with u, i would start posting ur infos also:

like the asci quality, brand, date and Stock voltage...
there u can and will see the diff im talking about ;)

well...lower means more leakage..means u need more voltage to maintain..wich means more wattage and heat..
higher means less leakage..means u need less voltage to maintain clocks wich reults in lower heat and wattage..

    i think i mixed that up..cause a rule is:
Please, if Unwinder or someone with better knowledge is here, correct me if im wrong :) THX

if uu looking at OC..a 100% would be not good, as we know that both isnt really good for oc. so we want somnething in between i guess...i have 84% or so...and have awesome oc, but need a lot of voltage in the end...heres ascreen of mine:

here with voltages, so u can see it:

heres also a list from the hardwareluxx.de..
it shows pretty well what the % is saying.....

Yep. My GPixel rate is 14Gb/s now. Before was like 30Gb/s wich is plain crazy (an HD7970 is rated at 29Gb/s for example)

Still, i dun know why you say "57 builds" ? Its a Fermi issue. Unless you're counting betas that i didnt saw, its more like 17 builds or so since Fermi's launch (count since march 2010 http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/old/ butdont count the ROG skined ones)
