Got a RX 580 that i need to change the thermal pads. The memory thermal pads is 1mm and vrm is 1,5mm. Can i apply 1 or 2 layers of 1mm on the vrm or need to be precise 1,5mm? Because i got like 100pcs 10x10 1mm. Thanks.
I think you can apply 2 x 1 mm on VRMs, little bit thicker shouldn't be a problem. Maybe slightly worse than having one 1.5 mm but hardly will make huge difference I think.
