This causes the frame rate to drop and it's like playing with micro-stutters every .5 seconds.

    I7-8700K @ 4.4GHz 1.24v | Z390 AORUS ULTRA (rev. 1.0) | Asus 2080Ti Reference PCB [Driver v.445.87] | Corsair VENGEANCE® LED 16GB [2666 XMP] | Windows 10 Pro V. 1903 Build 18362.778 | MSI Afterburner v4.6.2.15745

    Fresh Windows install

    New Samsung 970 EVO 1TB

Tried older GPU drivers [clean installs]

Tried older MSI versions [clean installs]

    Changed all MSI voltage controls

    Changed all power settings

Changed all 3d settings in NVIDIA CP

Tried with XMP off and no CPU overclock

    Ran everything as Admin

    Clean installed Steam/PUBG

Fullscreen, Boarderless, windowed, custom resolutions, ect.

    No antivirus

    Nothing in Task Manager/Scheduler

So? Why do you post that in AB section? Learn basics of GPU functioning principles. AB is not controlling the clocks dynamically, driver does that depending on GPU load, power consumption and thermal environment.

So? This causes the framerate to drop and feels like micro-stutters every .5 seconds. Sorry for thinking that my overclocking software had anything to do with controlling the GPU that I'm overclocking. I'll go to another forum site.

You have plain wrong understanding of how your overclocking software works. Bye. You're free to go to another forum, they surely know it better how MSI AB works, unlike stupid application developer. Closed.
