actually Bing is just as bad if not worst. one of the few who garantee your privacy is https://startpage.com/.

it actually using the google search engine but through a proxy, so it should be exactly the same as google minus the fact they wouldn't know who exactly is doing the research.

What you got to hide anyway, or is it just the game piracy your worried about, as i wouldn't, i doubt they will ever come after individual users.

you have to be an idiot to say that.. i mean, people dont read eula because they think.. eula - its exactly the same for every thing they buy install rent etc etc.. and also its written in such a complicated way that you have to sacrifice an hour to fully understand it.So if anyone spent an hour, he wont read it again..

And you know there is an evil eula in apple product(cant remmeber the title)

I have a feeling that the Privacy Commissioner of Canada might sound alarm bells again like she did when people protested against changes to Facebook's terms of service. She pressured Facebook to change it so that it protected users better and make better privacy tools or face sanctions in Canada (or something to that effect) which was enough for Facebook to cave in.

in a contract the fine print at the end of the document are ALWAYS the more important.

Patriot act made it "legal" to spy on every citizen without a warrant, it's totally against the constitution, but hey ;)
