Hi Gurus need some advice on what is a good program to use to edit photos? Preference is a free one of course but I will consider spending a few bucks if it's worth getting.

Windows 10 if that even matters? Thank you. Nz.

Adobe Lightroom is probably easiest tool to adjust colors and make peoples faces better on the photo.
Abobe Photoshop if you need to actually edit the photo (remove items, change background, add muscles, boobs or ass, or remove some fat.)

If you want something free/opensource, consider gimp. It's probably the most advanced image editing free software.
It will take a while to get used to it, yet it should get the job done.

    GIMP.
It's open source and ALMOST as powerful as Photoshop

For me paint.net has enough features for my artistic skills. Free and easy to use, but perhaps it's not advanced enough for you.
