For the retail market, three models of Socket AM5 motherboards compatible with the Ryzen 7000 series will be released by Gigabyte. Current chipsets are AMD X670E/X670 and support DDR5 memory and M.2 S... Gigabyte offers three Socket AM5 Gaming Motherboards, Including E-ATX Model with 22-Phases
the Aorus Extreme x670 AX is actually reasonably priced (in US) selling between $280-320 depending on vendor considering even this board has beefy VRMs, there is no real premium on it to the comparable x570, maybe $25-50. the real cost savings here is PCIe 4.0 & wifi AX instead of wifi 6. i'm going to wait for the Asrock x670E to hit retail before i buy though
fyi unrelated to aorus but to the availability of motherobards, the delivery of my msi x670e ace has just been pushed 1.5 month to mid-november :/ if stuff is in stock great for you if it's not take the announced deliveries with a grain of salt
