So after updating the bios to F3 in msi afterburner could CTRL + F be started? The graphics card could be undervolting

Yes, F3 bios was needed to unlock voltage/gpu frequency settings. After that undervolting was possible.

Have you tried to lower the voltage? Did these temperatures change?

Well, how did you do something with undervolting?

In Afterburner the 'MSI Extended' setting is for specific MSI cards that have a unique VRM like the Lightning series, which also gives control for VRAM and AUX voltages.

You should try setting it to '3rd Party' or even 'Reference Design' to see if you can control the core voltage.

That would be interesting if it works :)
Anyway, little offtopic, I and other guy bought GB RTX 2070 (he got Windforce version OC while me Gaming OC version) on the same day and after two days his card started to show massive texture flickering, CTD, he is going to RMA it on Monday as we tested it on other machine with same results. While my card still works fine I'm not gonna risk it break soon or later and get some other brand.

I think i found the problem with my card. Without msi afterburner / aorus engine my gpu fans are only spinning on 33% no matter the temperature... Is there any solution on this?

Can you check in gpu-z how the fans are spinning without afterburner?

That's weird. My fan is spinning at 33% all the time. Yours seem okay

Xurft : You could try to reflash bios for your card if it changes anything. If not, then RMA card.

How did you manage to lower your temps like that? In Superposition my lowest temp was like around 78c. But while gaming it can reach 83-85c while playing at 1080p 144hz 100% fan speed.

I've had good look with a NZXT G12 Bracket and one of their AIO's on both my 1080 GTX and now my 2080 Super (have to use AMD brackets). Keeps temps in the mid/low 40C range. Out of the box it stays at 2025 MHz. On fans with aggressive fan curve it would drop below 2000MHz.

I would try the NZXT G12 but it does not fit. I even wrote in NZXT support and they told me that the holes in this video card are different.

It should fit with AMD Brackets.

even in this case it doesn’t work, I found a video on YouTube that can be done (but this solution doesn’t suit me since I’m disabled and I won’t be able to do it myself)

found the disassembled photo of this card, its owner writes that replacing the fans and thermal pads helped him to keep the temperature in the area of 80 degrees Celsius. he had 2 such cards, at both temperatures were + 80-88С.
