I have a Gigabyte gaming OC and the eagle 3090

On the gaming OC card, the middle fan is starting to making some bearing noise. Its one of the 85mm fans. It still works and isn't very loud, but I suspect this will continue to get worst.

Is it possible to replace this fan, or are they different from the windforce fans?

Other than that the card runs great. First time I've ever had a fan issue on a gigabyte card. My older 1070 and 2070 never had an issue.

    It has 2x 90mm and 1x 80mm fans.

It is likely a sleeve-bearing fan as it claims almost up to dual ball-bearing fan lifetime by using graphene nano lubricant on the fan's shaft. Ball-bearing fans last longer than sleeve-bearing on average.

Sleeve-bearing fans last their longest when used vertically (graphics card is mounted horizontal) and are the least expensive next to ball-bearing and hydro/fluid-bearing.

I have not seen any replacement fans listed specifically for the 30 series of the windforce design (yes, the Gaming OC/OC Pro cooler is based on the windforce design).

If a fan on your card has issues performing normally and is still under warranty, i would contact Gigabyte's support.
