I wouldn't place too much indication on the "Only on Playstation" being removed. Since the release of PS5, Sony has been updating their template to be a more " labelless trend ", maybe just the cover art being updated. That said, I wouldn't complain if this title came to PC, I enjoyed it a lot on PS4 and wouldn't mind playing it again with a better frame rate.

All rumors, even as of today there's an ESRB rating of upcoming rerelease of Ghost of Tsushima that only mentions ratings for PS4 and PS5: Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut - ESRB
You can check just about any other multiplatform game Fortnite - ESRB Granted ESRB is a self-regulatory system and is not legally enforced so you can for the most part have your game not rated and still sell it through some means (though probably not through physical retailers). Some games from lesser publishers can also have not all versions of the game rated, however for AAA games from major publishers, it's a very unlikely scenario.
I will indeed update my copy on August 20th. It looks great. I wonder if the Director's cut is coming to PC? It is very nice to play these titles with max settings @4k with over 60-120 fps in most cases on PC. The enhancements added makes this game even more gorgeous than before. I'm looking forward to playing this title.
Maybe after release on Playstation. There was rumours about Playstation showcase on 8 july. We will see an announce(I think) in a few days. I think a lot of games from Sony studios will come to PC, they acquired Nixxes a week ago.
