GFExperience doesn't let me choose bitrate of stream

As the title says i am trying to stream to twitch, already have privacy control on and my twitch account connected, so i start the stream and it is blurry as expected but when i go to broadcast settings to control the bitrate and resolution everything is greyed out and unclickable whats wrong guys?

 

Are you trying to change them while still streaming?
