I think I fail here. I need to know the following:
here the %d is always behind HDD and it is fine.
    #src HDD%d usage
    #dst Datenträger%d-Auslastung
    #end
    #src HDD%d read rate
    #dst Datenträger%d Lesegeschwindigkeit
    #end
    #src HDD%d write rate
    #dst Datenträger%d Schreibgeschwindigkeit

But I don't know where I need to place %d here so it makes sense:
    #src NET%d download rate
    #dst Netzwerk-Download-Geschwindigkeit %d OR #dst Netzwerk%d-Download-Geschwindigkeit
    #end
    #src NET%d upload rate
    #dst Netzwerk-Upload-Geschwindigkeit %d OR #dst Netzwerk%d-Upload-Geschwindigkeit

I don't know what difference it will make of both possibilities.

Both versions will work considering that there is just ONE format specifier inside, final text interpretation depends on your language syntax rules.

The syntax of my language is exactly the point. Since I don't know what text will be displayed for %d, I can not place it in the right spot in its line.
    Is this info available?

    It's
    #dst Netzwerk%d Download-Geschwindigkeit

without the dash between %d and Download
    eg: Netzwerk2 Download-Geschwindigkeit

Thanks I got it. I have a technical question, so I get it named straight to the point. What is Commit charge?

ram usage and ram usage per process is clear, but what is Commit charge exactly? Has Windows a corresponding name for it in Task manager for example?
I think it has to do with the paging file.

I think it is this value in task manager, right?

And another question: what is "OV Max Limit"?

In the taskmanager it is called "Zugesicherter Speicher"
afaik apps claim the amount of memory they want to the OS and then the OS reserves an amount and returns back the actual position and actual size of that memory portion (which can differ to what was claimed). All those for apps reserved memory regions make up the commit charge. So it is indeed memory what is warranted (zugesichert) for those apps.

    yes

overvolt maximum limit, I would translate as "maximales Überspannungslimit".
Though technically correct the German term "Überspannung" is mainly used when talking about an unregulated spike but in this context it is a willfully regulated high voltage. So maybe it would be better to translate it with "maximales Spannungslimit" (maximum voltage limit).

I found small new typos in StringTable:
#src The changes you've made will be applied after rebooting the PC. Do you want to reboot it now?

#src %SERVERPRODUCTNAME% installation has been detected. It will be able to provide additional functionality to %PRODUCTNAME% after restarting the application. Do you want to restart it now?

Before each last sentence there is a double spacebar

Leave it as is, avoid correcting anything in lines starting with #src pefilx inside your translation. If you alter ANY symbols there (including removing extra spaces) there, translation database mapper won't find target string and it won't be translated.

I left it as it is. Can I remove extra spaces behind "#end"

Yep. Source strings inside the database are the only ones critical to changes (full string match is required).

German translation is done in MSI Afterburner. Only cosmetics here and there and searching for typos.
Now I translated RTSS, only help files are left ;)
But I don't like the quality of the german ico. How can I edit the ico file with the german flag? The red stripe is too big and the yellow-gold stripe is too small.
I already open the russian ico in paint and edited it to the german colors and saved as a 256 color bmp and renamed it to ico but RTSS doesn't accept it.
I want to use the colors of this file:
    https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Germany.svg
    The russian ico is fine.
I have Paint and GIMP. Please help me.

ICO is a file format, you cannot just save you image as BMP then rename it to ICO and expect it to work. Use applications able to edit and save ICO file.

Leaving it as is is the best choice, it this area is completely new for you.

Probably somebody else can help with basic image editing, sorry. It is beyond the scope of localization and too expensive to waste time on such discussions.
