try clean install the driver again.
I use multiple monitors like you do(pc monitor & TV via HDMI) but I haven't had a single problem so far (from 180 series drivers).
it's not the driver's fault I assume thus there won't be a fix from nvidia.

I'm using these on XP sp3, so it might be a different story on others though.

Crysis is bugged again.Vegetation flicker and extreme lag and stutter.

In the Nvidia control panel under 3D settings look for Adaptive and change the setting to preffer Max performance, this is what allows it to ramp up and down and leaves it in 3D mode.

I think that image quality is much worse than the previous 195.xx.

Hey mate I just reinstalled W7 and everything looks heaps better with the default drivers (185.93). Have you tried them?

The 196.34 drivers look great on my XP system though.

Actually I did try and go back to 195.81 then 196.21 and had the same problem and now am back to 196.34 trying to correct it. Both were clean installs and I just don't know what would be causing it.

are those wddm 1.1? if yes, i cant run vantage with them it says its missing some parts of the driver or something.., 186.18 are good but i found 188.xx the best in all games newer and old.
With 19x.xx i have mixed results; some have input lag, some stutter, some have strange display tearing and some are much slower compared to 188...

    in winxp i use 195.62whql and they're ok, when i tried 196.21 i noticed input lag, i reinstalled 195.62 again:pc1:
And these suppose to have it too as someone else mentioned earlier..

I will say this. I downloaded them on just a whim. I was surprised.
The performance and image quality is better then the 191 .07 driver.
The performance is as well. The games tested are many between dx8, 9, 10.
All seems well so far. Bout time. :)

That means ferbies will be flying out of Nivid. and into the reviewers like guru 3d soon i expect

maybe (just maybe:)) changing the primary display to your TV could help.

also, make sure your PC is connected to HDMI1/DVI (or HDMI port that is dedicated for PC connection).

    hope this could help.

I can't get nHancer AA to work. Usually I just delete nvapps.dll and that does the trick but not with these drivers.

    BF2 AA seems broken in W7 64 w/ these.
