Is anyone else getting freezing and pausing issues in crysis 64bit?
    I am running Windows7 64 and a GTX295 with these drivers.

    Upgraded to 195drivers - for single gtx280

Could not play FarCry2 at all. Crashed to desktop loading any save or trying to start new game.

    Rolled back to 191drivers

Orange Box mod issue fixed in these? 191.07 causes major issues with Orange Box based Mods for Source.

Same here Win7 64bit GTX285 and it was NOT present with the 191.07's , I am also getting micro-pauses (feels like lag almost..yet in single player) in FarCry 2 and I have at least 30 hours in this game and this never happened before.

I gave these a good shot and tested them all week with good results in 3D Mark Vantage , now I am un-installing them and reinstalling 191.07 as I am trying to finish these 2 games.

Which one is worse - a couple "micro-pauses" or one big nvlddmkm crash??

I see these drivers use the cuda 2.2 drivers and not the 2.3 like the 191.66

lol well , a "couple" of micro pauses would be tolerable , but pausing and hitching for 3 hours straight?:3eyes:

It's like masturbating with a cheese grater , slightly amusing but mostly painful....see what I'm sayin? anyways I'm back to 191 and I'm happy , no nvkllldllmkmbr5490u812 erros or crashes.:nerd:

Didn't know it was happening to you non-stop KillerC. That would make me crazy too!

I feel like I get a couple of "micro-pauses" while playing Crysis, Far Cry 2, but maybe only like 1 or 2 per level or none at all.

To me it feels like what used to be a nvlddmkm error has now been replaced with a "micro-pause."

Nvidia is definately making improvements with all of these beta releases.
