Geforce/ion driver release 191.03 beta out !

Seems to be to the same issue I had when installing them for my 260's.

 

Dont mean this in the wrong way but im glad im not alone..!:bang:

 

can any one confirm if thi bring dx10.1?

 

DX10.1 is only for ATI cards.

 

My system tells me im using 10.1 screen shot to follow.. just waiting to system to reboot

 

So what do you say guys should I install these from 191.00 or just wait for the next round to come out? Everything is working perfectly for me now...

I'D wait dude.. seems to giving alot of minor problems..! Certainly for the top end GPU'S

 

Anyone else notice absurdly high temps under OGL? I hit 85c running the GPUCaps fur demo with a quickness and cranking my fan speed to 100% barely stabilized it. Direct3D hits 60's with automatic fan speed staying around 40%.

Thanks very much again. On paper these improvements sound fantastic and remind me on some "golden" times with nVidia drivers.

 

Went back to 186.91, these drivers have the same crashing/missing textures as the 191.00 series

 

more divers........ jeez-o .......lol......

 

Is the fan bug fixed for 9800 GTX+/GTS 250 cards?

 

Funny how many people go back to the 186.* drivers...

fans were fixed in the 190.62`s and onwards for me

 

for me with this driver better fps in nfs shift!!!

 

I've been running a preclocked GTS since I got it, never had any trouble at all..

mine's a Gigabyte 8800GTS 512

I find it kind of odd you keep picking on preclocked cards..

BTW, no problems yet with these drivers on XP64..

sounds good! will try out once i get home.

 

Much lower performance in COD-WAW about 15 fps difference, plus the frame rate is alot less stable. Going back to 191.00 when it was a solid 91 fps @ 1920x1080 maxed when it didn't fluctuate at all.
