Probably because he's using a 4K HDR 12-bit display TV as a monitor.

I'm using a Sony X800D 4K HDR 10-Bit display, and when I want to play a game in HDR & in 10-Bit, or watch 10-Bit content for example, I switch from 8Bit RGB 4:4:4 (which is what I mostly use and have been using with this driver) to 10Bit 4:2:0 (which I still haven't tested since I upgraded to the creators update).

I have Philips 7007 40" 3D TV 1080p , I use it mainly to play almost every game in 3D . it doesn't support 0-255 so I need to use Limited or else the black is crushed. I'm still waiting for the perfect OLED TV with everything I want . 100+Hz +HDR+QuantumDotColor+ 4K+ 3D + FullRange support + Low Latency Lag Input + 21:9 + Prefered VA or MVA Panel it seems better than IPS ,
Many of the TVs don't have 3D.

Try to clean install the whole OS.

Last night my WD 1TB HDD out of the blue is dead!

Thats not going to happen, 3D is dead (also, the terms VA or IPS refer to traditional LCD displays, not to OLEDs).

Does this driver fix the issue of Win 10 Creators not identifying/supporting the custom refresh rates set in the Nvidia control panel.

This issue has made me go back to Win 10 Anniversary since I run my games at custom refresh rates.

Anyone else is getting these weird antialiasing artifacts on fonts in Firefox 53?

Happens when there's a GIF under it, in 1607 or 1703 and I think that it's been like this on the last R378 driver too so maybe it's a FF bug.

They fixed the text of the article, it was saying 378.81 previously or something like this.

I solved the issue of icc profiles which revert back to default when entering/exiting a game by using this soft :

    http://goebish.free.fr/cpk/

But I hope NVIDIA wil release a fix soon.

"I have problem with fullscreen playback of videos in what it seems Windows 10 built-in video player and Netflix app. The video is choppy like it's playing in 5fps"

I have this exact same problem.

I went back to 378.92...... and no longer have the above issues.

You can disable this feature globally in the System Settings -> Gaming -> Game bar -> Uncheck "Show Game bar when I play full screen games Microsoft has verified"

Win Logo boot problem still present......the OS is up&running - in fact you can shutdown the system correctly by pressing the poweron/off button - but you can't see NOTHING but the win logo screen.
    And yes, the mouse arrow.

@ManuelG: Please, dev team, fix it!

Windows Creators Update + GeForce 750 Ti

I'm still hoping that an HDR fix doesn't take months. Granted, the older Nvidia drivers still work okay, but I have no desire to be stuck on 378.92 for months. Obviously I know how to disable HDR on the desktop, but that also disables it for games, too.

    I had that with 378.92. I think it's the creator's update.

This doesn't work for everybody. For me, this doesn't help at all.

This soft is pretty nice and works well :

    http://goebish.free.fr/cpk/

    Did you try it ?

Hope a fix will comer soon. This Icc profile issue is really boring...
