Freestyle supports vulkan (i used it in The Surge 2), I'm surprised GFE injected reshade doesnt work in vulkan.

I'm hooked up to an HDR TV and what I've found is that it works, just not with HDR enabled.

More than likely, but don't be surprised if Nvidia doesn't release another set right before release. These are nice though, I really like being able to adjust the sharpness. I've always liked high sharpening in games. Only tested out The Witcher 3 so far but it's nice and crisp and vivid along with digital vibrance at 75%.

Image Sharpening disengages when ALT+TAB to desktop and upon returning to the game, it engages for a fraction of a second, then disengages and donĀ“t work again until the game is restarted.

Awesome, thanks for reporting that. Not as bad as I thought. I hope they make it work for HDR enabled games down the road as well though.

Perhaps it is possible it is coming in a future driver. They said it is coming to Vulkan and OpenGL APIs in a future driver.

battlefront 2 needs to regenerate shaders following a driver update.

But you can't use reshade via Freestyle in Destiny 2, right?

So if you want to use Integer scaling and sharpening, you must keep the GPU scaling box unchecked? So what does that additional GPU scaling option mean when on/off for Image Sharpening?

Adds support for HDMI 2.1 VRR.

    Guys...

Does this mean NVIDIA official HDMI 2.1 now?

I'm using GTX 1080 with HDMI 2.0b cable.

Do I need to change my Graphic card to RTX 2xxx Series
and change my HDMI cable to 2.1?

    Very cool.

Good question, also if I dsr, which I do 95% of the time, I have to disable this scaling option too?

Or is that one and the same thing lol

downloaded and tested this driver, but first i saw the sharpening feature which is useless if you are using reshade, don't know why nvidia don't care about performance and stability and put garbage instead, driver performance and stability are a little bit better than 440.97 crap, but i revert to 436.51 which is the best value until now ( best performance and stability ), next...

There is a profile for the game but it doesn't seem that the driver is Game Ready.

I like the new novelty features that come wit the new drivers but at the same time a novelty is what it is and so will soon find myself not using some of the new features.
BTW: Wolfenstein The new colossus come with a latency monitor. As does Assassins Creed Odyssey. :)
