No low latency mode for laptop DCH driver and standard also
its not showing for me after clean install (without DDU), not only for me: https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/dli1pd/game_ready_driver_44097_faqdiscussion/
No it's still WDDM 2.6 on Win10 1909. Wasn't expecting WDDM 2.7 until the Spring 2020 update anyway.
so not that I was expecting it to work on this driver but just still tested and just FYI VRR over HDMI does not work on my NU8000 tried both the basic and ultimate settings and didn't show up as a gsync compatible monitor.
Not sure if VRR over HDMI is enabled for c9 users with the beta firmware on this driver or not.
I am hoping eventually it will work on my Samsung but not holding my breath.
So I guess as far as NV is concerned that Division 2 DX12 crash is now "fixed"...
Well the good news is that Shadow of the Tomb Raider hasn't crashed on me yet and DX12 performance is very good. The Bad News is that Rise of the Tomb Raider is still a mess.
'Low latency' mode has vanished for me with the DCH install. using 2x RTX 2080 TI
same for me, and my CS:GO feels worse now :<
They really need to work (with Rockstar) on GTAV. It crashes all the time! It's my 1st play though and I am really enjoying it
but the crashes....
[Grand Theft Auto V]: The game frequently crashes.
NVIDIA is working with the application developer to resolve the issue.
Im still on driver 430.64 and no crashes here...
Nop, no G-SYNC on C9.
For now only 440.52 let you enable and actually use G-SYNC on the C9.
@OP, please correct the first post
Low Latency Mode option for laptops is disabled for Optimus/MSHybrid systems. If you have a muxer, and use Discrete Mode, then Low Latency will appear in the CP.
If anyone has Gears 5 installed, can you do me a favor and check to see if the snow level has pixelated snow like this? I don't know if its a driver bug or a game bug, but I'm curious as to whether I'm the only one suffering this B.S which has persisted across three driver installations now:
lol, don't do that.
There are no driver, shader or dxgi model updates in 1909.
Not worth making my normal list.
Its a lousy driver
introduces instabilities. resolved by switching back to 431.86
when interleacing scaling for gtx 1080
working great so far
Spent a bunch of time with this driver tonight playing. Seems like a really solid driver.
What the F***? But why? If it was working good on optimus systems?
Did the reg hack posted on other thread here work to bring it back to show in cpl and to work in games?
