This driver is exclusive to the 10-series but if you check the beginning of the thread you'll find a link to a modded INF.

Thanks for the modded inf for Win 10. I'm using the 560 Ti in SLI. With the mod it recognizes the cards but for some strange reason the graphic drivers will not install. Could it be because of the GPU design? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's happened with every other driver recently released (sorry didn't keep track lol). It started a few months back, when I was on W8.1 and continued on this fresh W10 install.
It happens only with 7 Days to Die so far here. It gets stuck at apx 25FPS and won't clock up, even clocking it up with Inspector the FPS is still the same. Buggy game or game engine or drivers? a reboot is the only way to fix it (I try to never turn this thing off for SETI, bug happens with or without it running btw). Also video was stuttery now and then, with SVP or in WMP etc (ain't a load problem with the GPU/CPU).
I suspect it's the drivers, thankfully these seem fine so far! :)
It's a bizarre bug, that is for sure...
EDIT: Got lucky for a few days, drivers are still bugged!

:bang: Open command prompt with admin privileges then type:
    Code:
    bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
    Reboot.

Now, you should see the Windows build 'watermark' in the lower right corner of desktop. Now you can install the driver.

To revert, if you want, bcd changes after installing the driver:
    Code:
    bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
    Good luck!

Just FYI: This driver is the same as driver 368.22 with no new fixes for older GPUs. So if you have driver 368.22 installed, you won't notice any difference by modding driver 368.25.

The problem is when you have a GTX 1080 with a GTX 950 (PhysX) you have to use a modded driver. :3eyes:

But why do people experience smoother frametimes with this driver ? (including me)
And why does fast sync (set via inspector) always reset to default after a reboot with driver version 368.22 and with 368.25 it even stays after rebooting ?

Technically even on the FE this isn't throttling and it's not even something out of spec as the card isn't going below the specified base clock.

I think that is quite shocking for the reference cards. Say you bought the founders edition , oc'd it and see it go back to 1760Mhz due to the heat. (While the MSI one has no problems at all). This should be adressed more in reviews

Many reviewers mentioned this, and if you were OC it I would hope you make a fan profile , something that does 60-70% or whatever you could stand with ref blower fan.
The stock fan profile goes pretty slow even under load but it is noisy, which is nothing new.

Refernece cooler have alway been **** at cooling and horrible loud, why anyone would buy gpu with reference coolers is beyond me, especial seeing there all slot blower and or single fan.

I will say it again the only good slot cooler ever made was made by AC and that was back in the 6800 days, it cooled better then any reference cooler did and was whisper quiet and full speed compared to reference.
