I don't think that it's "too good" for 1440. In fact I'd say that it's the best choice for 1440 at the moment.

You're right, in the end depends on the game I suppose but I was making a blanket statement to lead up to saying that it's still a tad slow for smooth 4K experience.

It should work with your 780. It only works with exclusive fullscreen mode.

Hm, even enabling test mode with the new .inf I couldn't get the driver to install on Win 10 x64 with my 980Ti.

Cant' install there in my GTX970. Already enabled test mode and disabled the integrity checks.

    Using Win10 Pro x64 10586.

    Any advice?

DX11 seems very broken in Rise of the Tomb Raider

Turning on VXAO results in instant TDR in main menu. Switching to HBAO+ and I do not get TDR.

    Getting ~20 FPS in benchmark

Using DX12 same settings gets between 60-120FPS

    1440p, GSYNC on, 1080 Founders

Anyone know if these drivers work, or can be modded to work, for windows XP? Yes, XP is dead, i know, but I still dual boot into it for certain things. My 1080's are on the way, and I'm wondering if I'll just have to use the generic built-in windows XP video driver. If I remember correctly, the 980 drivers unofficially just worked on XP.

WDDM drivers (Vista/7/8/10) can't work in WinXP.

Got these to install in my GTX970 finally. And they don't have the "delay" in camera in Cities Skylines. =)

This starting to sound a lot like when I had my r9 280x Crossfire setup. I gained a bit of performance on my 980 ti but my upgrade helped me in many games where I don't even have proper crossfire scaling on none at all. So I think you will gain better temps and so on. I say wait a bit and get a 1080 with massive clock speeds like the asus strix 1080 that runs at almost 2ghz when in oc mode and that's insane for just changing it to oc mode.

My r9 280x was running very hot but now that I run only the 980ti I can maintain my temps a lot and although I bought it a bit late and maybe should've waited for the 1080 It was kinda a good upgrade

I would have waited for the 1080 Ti instead before getting rid of the 980's.

For what it's worth, these fixed my video playback stutter on my 780Ti in W10.
Hopefully it fixes that clock bug with Unity games too, 7D2D.

    What clock bug?:3eyes:

I play a lot of Cities Skylines, maybe the heavy stutter I had with the 368.22 driver is related?

Well, on my system I see 400fps+ on start-screens, should be 400fps+ in-game aswell, I'm sure my card is getting gimped.
