With TVs setting an input to "PC mode" helps sometimes. Don't know if the same can be applied to this display though.

FYI, I was having many game issues with these drivers, as a result I was motivated to make a hardware change. Replaced my 970 SLI setup with a 980Ti.

Zero crashes thus far and far better framerates. Many people have commented on the problems that come with SLI setups, I am now a firm Believer.

tough to answer on limited info:

    short answer:
    yes, but poorly.

    worse if you're taking about real 4k : 4096x2160

    Longer:
it depends on what you like. If you like full eye candy and all the processing and the like, then 4k for one card is a struggle.

you can get 30-40 fps at 3180x2160 with good eye candy.
if you start going higher than fsaa and mess with msaa.xx then there is more of a hit. If you use all the bells and whistles and check every box, then you're down to the 20 fps range.

if you run 3840x2160 stripped of eye candy then you can see 60+fps

    so...it depends

imho, yes, specially an oced one, not at 60 fps, but between 35-50 fps at max setting with fxaa or smaa

if i can play at 4k with a 980, a ti is even better.

i think you can handle 4K too with that sli.

Newer games (from PS4/XBO) - on low settings only. Older games - depends on the game but usually yes.

Come on it's time for a new drivers already , these are ok ,i've had no TDRs but i'm pigging sick off my clocks being stuck @ full when i'm using 144hz which is what i use all the time .
this means that the fans on my cards keeps stopping and staring all the time as when on full clock rate my idle temps go between 58-60 on the top card

just read this on the geforce forums from ManuelGuzman
Just Cause 3 & Rainbow Six
Both titles require a patch for SLI support. We are working closely with the developers for each title. Tomorrow's driver will include an SLI profile for Fallout 4

Im sure the game will run fine on mid range GPU's with a few of the higher settings toned down a bit.

A friend of mine has a GTX960 overclocked and a Pentium G3253 overclocked to 4.8GHz and he has the game already.... not asked how he has it. But he says it runs butter smooth at high to Ultra at 1080p.

Steam says 10 hours for me! I hate when digital releases never release at midnight. I makes ZERO sense!!

I always thought that "Game Ready" means that the driver is checked and ready for the game, not that it's released before the game.

West Coast time for some reason. I'm going to be 8 hours at 6pm. No worries, have no intent to stay up past midnight to start playing any new game.

    Released already. Everyone restart Steam.

@dr_rus, Gameready drivers used to be released before the game release for quite a long time now, so they can, you know be ready for the game and provide optimal performance.

    Hi guys

With those drivers my EVGA Titan X is crashing in 3DMark 11 with any settings,I simply can't use those drivers,I don't game on my PC and I didn't tried to play any games

On other hand I've got more crashes with those drivers in 3DS MAX and CUDA based renderers(IRAY in Daz3D Studio or V-RAY and FuryBall RT)

Plus when I open simple picture in Windows Picture viewer my GPU jumps from 115MHz to 1001MHz without any reason

    Thanks,Jura

for enthusiastic users the answer is NO. i personally prefer single GPU. so far no single gpu really can drive max 4k out.

bro, u need at least dual 980Ti to run higher setting.
