Did a clean install with driver sweeper, no crashes, no BSOD's, no screen/color corruptions like previous drivers, and installed fine with no problem. Games run perfect, with pretty much no stuttering, after coming up from the 185.68's.

GTX295/Vista64... still getting major frame rate fluctuations in world in conflict. the graphics bench goes from a range of 90 to 5 fps... averaging at like 20-30 and i don't like this at all, i expected close to 60fps straight across with this G#$D@#% card... it's OC'd too with precision. total crap.

The xxxxSR.dll is the rollback version ie the previous driver you had installed. It can be newer or older.
    This is normal operation.

Argh, again I cannot set nvidia scaling with these drivers. In fact I can never set nvidia scaling with any of the Win7 drivers, only Vista drivers and I don't want to use those. Using 8800GTS 640.

Can somebody tell me how to report this to Nvidia?

GTX280 SLI with 9600GT for physx XP32. unlike previous 185.68, unable to select the card for dedicated physx.. just plain old physx acceleration disable/enable menu, that's it.. thus I have NO idea which one(280 or 9600) does the dirty job.

GTA4 running just like 185.68(not great, not bad either)
going back to 185.68 although it looks decent.

It's normal mate, because they don't update Physx and NCP every time a new driver is released...

Why is everybody complaining about BSOD'S?
I never got A SINGLE BSOD from 16x.xx drivers until now!
Used every single driver Nvidia released and NEVER got 1 BSOD.
I'm sure that something else is causing it.

Everybody isn't complaining, and there's more than just your Driver, Operating System, and Video Card to consider. People have different specs..

    Thanks for the reply.

Since the drivers appear to be working 100% fine for me and these rollback files are just there in case I want to go back to the older drivers, it seems to me that installing over the top of old drivers is the best way to do things. Well, for me anyway.

If these drivers don't work then it'll be a doddle to revert back to the previous versions using the Rollback feature. If I'd uninstalled the old ones first then I'd have to uninstall the current ones, boot into safe mode, run DriverSweeper THEN install the older drivers.

I'm happy to continue installing newer drivers over older ones in that case. I've never had any issues doing that with Vista. I'm not saying I won't but it's what I expect from good drivers; that they'll sort out files are needed and which aren't.

Anyway this are for me best working drivers in Win7, however i dont play much games except WoW so cant judge preformance, but everything rest is working, multimonitor+ multigpu, DV and they are WDDM 1.1 definitely keepers for me!

Having probs with 2D clocks not being applied on desktop. Running W7 build 7100. They stay on 3D settings wich result in extra heat generated with fan at default 40%.

Switched to Vista Ulti 32bit, with 2D clocks switching back to normal.

Mate you'd be wasting your time. I uninstall my drivers every time I install a new set, yet if you look at my specs you'll prob find the files are the same as what you have.

I have tried this driver on my pc and everything looks great so far.

    Tested:
Half Life 2 (used to be broken on the last 2 beta drivers)
    Demigod
    Warcraft 3 RoC & TFT
The Last Remnant (Used to crash with red lines on screen, player 1 hour without problems)
    Guild Wars

    Going to test more...
