Hello, I'm currently using a geforce 8800 gt and was wondering if I could add a 7900 gs and run them in hybrid SLI? ATM I can run most games on high to medium settings at 60+ fps. I would have to buy a bridge for the old cards and a pci-e splitter. Is it worth the money to add this card?

Even if you could, your performance would suffer greatly. Try to sell that 7900GS for whatever you can, and pick up something newer than both.

    Like a GTX 650 or 750.

Don't even bother with the idea to run those two together. Honest answer. Nvidia does not support cross series.

Actually I am going to buy a gtx-660. Is it possible to SLI the gtx-660 with the 8800 gt?

Also thanks for the quick reply!

No, as I said you can't SLI across series of cards.

Even if you could and did, your performance would suffer and the GTX 660 would be wasted. You'd get 8800 GT speeds at best.

    Best advice.

Get the GTX 660 and use the 8800 GT as PHYSX in the Nvidia control panel.
