lol, wut? gpu HW scheduling has to do with reducing overhead and perf improvement because the gpu handles requests, not sw.
i can tell lower fps games running better (Fleet Command, NFS Rivals), but even the ones running higher (Siege..) are running much smoother than before.
and thats with 8gb vram running 1440p/2160p..
These drivers are great! I just watched Mad Max Fury Road (which I think is a benchmark for video and audio fidelity) and it's the best I've ever seen. GTA online, AC Odyssey, Max Payne 3 are running so smooth, I really can't explain it. I have no complaints.
Scheduling dropped my Time Spy result by 31% and causes horrible stutters (mobile GTX 1080).
Uninstall One Drive
Install and run Windows Update Assistant.
This sorted the issue on my 1060 based laptop and my 1080Ti based Desktop
