Same performance as previous drivers also on 660ti SLi.
Tested on 3dMark and Valley
Yes, that's annoying but I found that I don't really need them. It's almost always possible to guess the cover (almost through with Commander difficulty).
I would also recommend the 0x00130000 HBAO+ flag for XCOM 2.
This cant do that. It really only set back Windows Automatic Driver Installation to default. Its a simple registry entry.
The blackscreen you mentioned seem to be a common thing with recent driver. Probably a nvidia bug.
For the installation problems, Windows is so fragile and tend to break by itself overtime or by weird software installer. The driver store often get lost of track with the oems*
A simple bluescreen or a bad / incomplete shutdown will do damage to either the file system or the registry. Windows is fragile at this point.
To an extent, but it's harder to tell if the place you are moving to will put you in a position flanked by an enemy.
And sometimes little tree stumps look like they should give you cover and don't, little things like that.
Would rather not mess up my Commander/Ironman run for the sake of the Framerate.
Is that with the Gameworks stuff enabled?
I'd hope the increased performance you got in TR and TW3 is due to general DX11 improvements, but it's possible the improvements are restricted to Gameworks
This update fixed all issues with Battlefield Bad company 2 DX11, it feels really smooth now.
edit: or so I thought but I still get some sudden random freezes even with stock core clocks of 1329mhz it only happens with dx11 and it seems random as it can happen when dying or jumping or looking at the ground or a wall
Colors look better with this driver.
The sounds are improved as well.
At this rate OLEDs will be obsolete before they ever launch!
Driver working fine here, bla bla, didn't actually testing anything because guru3d :bugeye:
based on the THIEF game only? by the way, which is the best driver for u so far?
Just had a TDR in TOR with these. Haven't had any problems with that with the 361.82 Hotfix or 361.75 WHQL, though.
remove & disable iGPU
These drivers cloned the 980Ti in my rig and now I have two in SLI!!! Amazing drivers! Best ever!
I wonder if I got four 980s then, might sell them all and get 980Ti SLI too!
What do you mean by iGPU? Do you mean integrated Graphics? Neither my CPU nor my Mainboard have such a feature. Or is it something else, and if so, how do I remove and disable it?
Seriously guys..why you spam the thread ? Don't you have anything better to do..? Like just give actual feedback for this driver pack ?
Is there real value in feedback considering the huge difference in configurations? I see only one - when something is fixed (or broken) in new bundle for your rig. When all worked fine on previous drivers and continues to work fine on new drivers posts like "all is fine here" are the same spam, imo. Posts with jokes at least can give you a smile.
This driver pack works like all rest what i tested. Some are good, some are weird but nothing crashed like ppl speak about. Never game crashed because nvidia drivers. But this drivers are fine so i leave it alone.
I already gave my feedback - nothing's changed compared to the previous version, everything works, no issues, as usual.
Imo it looks kinda sad not funny..
