IF its just the screen not coming on, then unplug your cable from the gpu, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. Works for me anyway.

Anyone else get random memory speed reports of 0

I can open Nvidia inspector have when AB open and monitor for memory speed instantly start show in 0.

Another way i can reproduce this is

Open Cyberfox/FireFox, close Monitor software will spike to max then memory speed will show 0, then it will show idle speeds.

I can just open nvidia inspector memory speed will show 0 then something then zero again

Win 10 here if it maters

    read the release notes http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windo...-win8-win7-winvista-desktop-release-notes.pdf

[355.82] Memory clock reported as 0 MHz if P-state is P0. At times, same report with
    P2 P-state. [200135032]

With a 3DTV connected and the resolution set to an HD3D resolution through the
NVIDIA Control Panel, the display flickers constantly after installing the driver via
INF over driver version 320.49. [1315116]

i thought is an open issue haven't resolve by NV.

I did read it before I installed, I must of missed that part, well atlest they know it bug, guess no point reinstalling the drivers again seeing the first reinstall didnt help.

Still waiting for them to fix win 10 Max performance in global profile in nvcp so it actual clocks down on the desktop to idle like it did in windows 7. There is zero downclocking with max performance in global in win 10 it like it assumes the os is 3d app, when desktop work just fine in idle clocks on adaptive, and i dont like using adaptive setting.

Mad Max has flickering problems with SLI using .84. 355.82 is needed to sort that out but the .82's are hands down the worst Nvidia drivers I've used in a long time so I can't use those with Skyrim, where SLI performance is completely busted. Not really sure what's going on with Nvidia at the moment. I'm actually running an AMD card right now while Nvidia get their act together. Never thought I'd say that. :/

Thats funny because Fear, Doom3, and quake 4 all run perfect on my win 10 rig with a 980TI.

Could you go max out the original FEAR for me and let me know if the shadows look all messed up with these drivers? They are for me.

If you actually had to build a "legacy" system to run those games, or any game after 2000, then i dont think the pc platform is for you.

Every game i had that ran on win7, works perfectly on windows 8.1 and 10.

Shadows are fine also, im using retail FEAR btw. I also own the steam version and if thats the version you have, let me know and ill download it and try again with steam fear.

Also, try downloading a nodvd/steam .exe for it and see if than helps. Maybe steam overlay is causing problems or if using retail, just try it anyway and see if it helps. PC's are finicky things and the weirdest suggestions are often what works.

    Yes, yes they are.

And the comments in this thread keep getting more hilarious.

Well.. he is right actually. A lot of times problems are in fact user error, "not all the time" but a lot of the time yes.

But we're talking windows 10 here. Its ridiculous to go assuming that the issue is the user when it comes to such a new OS.

A new OS isnt worth the time until the first major service pack. After that, then we can start pointing fingers at the user.

Actually no, it isnt ridiculous at all because I heard the exact same things when 7 came out, then 8 and then 8.1. I had each OS as soon as it launched and guess what? no problems.. no issues. Same with win 10, have had it since launch, not a single problem. Not to say however that people don't suffer from legitimate issues because im sure that some do, however I believe a very large percentage are in fact user error based off what I have seen.

Cheers guys, using the steam version of the game.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slxZAdIduIg

Issue only cropped up in the last 2 or 3 driver sets, it was the same story for my girlfriend as soon as I updated her drivers past 355.6something (or the one below idk), FEAR started exhibiting the same behaviour as the video. Both using 980ti's.

I know I keep going on about it, but Nvidia really need to have a look at it if it can be replicated by someone outside of my house, maybe I'm just crap at configuring systems! :p

IF you think buggy and stable are the same thing maybe you should remove your own head from your ass.

They are not you can have perfectly stable program/os thats riddle with stupid bugs, it dont make less stable just make very buggy.

Win10 perfectly stable, it also rather buggy. if you having stability issue check your hw/sw/driver combination.

I will to be alot people refuse to accept the possible it something the did or some hw at fault.
