Is there a way to save Surround profiles, so when I switch back and forth between single and surround mode, I don't have to set it back up from scratch each time?

Strange issue I found with those drivers, not sure if this apply to older drivers but still, here's the issue that I found.
If I use nvidia inspector to limit my fps to 60 and run the heaven benchmark the fps will sometimes drop below 60 to 30 and get back to 60 shortly after, it appears completely at random.
However, If I don't use the fps limiter, the fps rarely ever drops below 70-75ish and everything runs a lot smoother.
Heaven benchmark 1080p, everything on default except tessellation is put to extreme, GTX 970 strix.
Please test this and see if the same happens to you as well, if it's a driver issue for sure or just something among the lines of the inspector itself.

The likely cause is you're seeing brief dips below 60 in FPS which is causing the vsync rate to drop in half to 30 FPS.

This! vsync works like that with double buffering. If you force triple buffering it will not do this. If your system can't hold 60 fps it will drop to 59,58,57 fps.... and so on. Instead of directly to 30 fps

Thing is I tried it with every possible combination I can think of... without vsync while using just the limiter, witch vsync and without the limiter, with vsync and limiter, with and without triple buffering and so on, the benchmark behaves exactly the same with whatever settings I put when the limiter is active at 60fps

That benchmark is not very friendly. It always gives me different results.
If the games are fine, don't worry about it.

When the hell new drivers to fix the 3D powerDVD issue >?

Don't ever say again nvidia drivers are better than ATI, this simple issue can be HOTFIXED but no, just wait until there is bloody new drivers after 1-2 months and that might not get fixed for the next drivers...

new driver is needed for fc4 1.06
game crashes still occur from time to time.
if it's game fault then no worries.

If not and almost all the top squares look black, then go to your HDTV Picture settings and look for "Black Level".
There should be 2 options there. Low & Normal.
    Set it to Normal.
Now check the 28 squares again. They should all be distinguishable now.

Thanx Man, Finnaly im satisfied with black and white!

Strange, I use to have that when I first moved to windows8, it took nv a while but now I finally see 60.00HZ again, e.g. BF3, BF4 and few more.. I think since r337 or was it r340, idk anymore..

How do you have your monitor connected, DVI, HDMI, DP?

Yeah normal downsampling doesn't show up either, I think its a game limitation.

On a side note, use Mirrors Edge HBAO @ high quality, makes richer picture with more depth in it :)

Hi, I have connected both DVI and HDMI as I have the same problem with two connectors, I created a resolution of 1920x1079x60 hz and games detects me that resolution, in Battlefied 4 The stuttering disappears and returns to be soft, is a failure rather silly and not think Nvidia cost him much solve this problem because Windows 7 does not occur at all.

can you check AlanWake Thread, is that driver or game limitation? Especially Flare dynamic shadows, they look so low quality idk like it has 256 resolution instead of idk 1024...
