2 x crashes in FC4 white screen ? Have to end task never had it before.
Hairworks (Simulated fur) and Soft Shadows cause crashing
I disabled both and played for about 4 hours + today without a single problem
Not for me, I have both disabled. this driver is causing FC4 crashing and blackscreens I didn't have before.
Running Ultra no soft Shadows or Sim fur ? it seems to crash first run then when i re-run played for a hour with no crash ? But never experienced a crash in FC4 until this driver ?
Yea Ultra with no soft shadows and fur off completely - Im running surround 6040x1080 too so I have AA disabled too, but everything else on Ultra
I had same at CSS card stuck at 135 mhz
Good to hear im not the only one :S hopefully my post over at geforce forums gets acknowledged.
This set is running flawless for me in my games, including Ground Zeroes.
why dont they put this in changelogs?
Seems now days is dumbed down only stating new games optimised.
No problem with 344.75 nor 344.88
It's in the users guide for the Control Panel. However, I agree they should have listed the change in the driver release notes.
Has someone tested these in FarCry4 ?
Anyone getting the terrible fuzzy lines on DisplayPort again?
Nope, I have simulated fur on and PCSS. No CTD here regarding these, yet aftre 3 hours ram usage becomes very high and CTD happens. This game doesnt even use pagefile much.
That is happening with the latest patch 1.5.0.
Stutters in both Dragon Age Inquisition and Battlefield 4 with these 347.09's drivers...
344.75 & 344.80 working perfectly.
Wonder what changed in the drivers to cause that?
does the RGB setting change settings differently then the rgb tool? because I swear color detail looks great in windows 7.
I could also be just crazy and my eye are working better today.
I went from 344.16 to 347.09 and no stuttering in BF4 here .
I honestly can't tell much change but it is not worse .
Anyone else getting low physics and combined score with forceware 347.09 in 3Dmark11 in Windows 7
I'm getting much getter GFX scores with 347.09 than with 344.16, but my physics and combined scores are much lower dragging the total score down.
With 344.16 my physics score was 13'792 and with 347.09 only 11892
I have uninstalle and reinstalled the GFX drivers and did the same with 3Dmark11 + System Info. No change.
My other PC with 2x 970 and Windows Vista I also updated from 344.16 to 347.09 and there was no physics performance loss.
Also Unigine Valley too a 3.9FPS loss in average score
Heaven 4.0 score is the same but 3DmarkFireStrike gained quite a boost from 20033points to 21188points !.
I know benchmarks aren't the best indicators for driver performance increases overall - but the hughe 3Dmark11 dip still annoys me.
Physics score in 3DMark is CPU not GPU
I know that !!! But the displays drivers still make a difference sending information back and forth from cpu and gpu ! 3dm11 Physics score got lower after the 347.09 driver - how would you explain that ?
