Nothing to see here... Bring on the next Beta
Yeah after growing beards on waiting this WHQL, Beta should come really fast ,or nvidia is gonna fail...
If you are reading our posts Manuel G,
would love for you to pass on to nvidia that they should reconsider about forcing Geforce experience on advanced users.
What's next? we won't be able to unpack the driver package at all and be forced to go through the installer.
Please don't go down that road.
I cannot emphasize enough how important these features are to me.
If i read much posts, drivers are a hobby?
What's that? Will Geforce Experience be forced on install? Why? :3eyes:
the new physx doesn't work with metro last light. Had to roll back to the last official version.
And maybe not with Metro:Redux which will be released soon. Ok...it makes sense.
when i enable shadow play with these i get BSOD
That with physx high and all dx11 stuff - on, except @ fxaa?
Nvidia 3D Vision 2 doesn't work with Path Of Exile with this driver, I get "Out Of Memory" overlay message, even though there is plenty of free RAM and VRAM.
Driver crash on FF14... no problems with last WHQL
WoW crashes after alt tabbing. Same thing happened with previous beta drivers.
Mine doesn't, using DX11 here.
unfortunately it doesnt. before I did the driver update my both screens were fine with 100dpi or medium settings. now my laptop needs small settings in order to have all icons (also in explorer etc) fixed as they were before while my 2nd monitor needs medium to have it look exactly liked it used to look.
but that doenst work, I cannot set it for both screens separately. I already tried playing around with browser zoom and browser font size but nothing worked here. it was either always too small or too big. already uninstalled the drives, did system restore. nothing helped. what used to work (medium settings for both screen) does now produce different results.
Do you play on Windowed(Fullscreen) or Fullscreen mode?
BAHAHAHAHAHa, I know, I was just having some fun lol. Everything maxed out but I turned physx off lololol.
edit: you could have at least played along....
speaking of which, when I did the benchmark, I noticed that the profile for Batman AO dissapeared...I know it was there before. Now I have Blitzkrieg II instead haha. Oh well.
I've installed this latest version of PhysX and tested it with this driver vs the previous PhysX version, and there is no improvement in fps in the 2 games I tested. Batman Arkham City & Arkham Origins - identical fps in each benchmark. (PhysX on maximum in both games).
Works fine for me with both this driver and the prior BETA.
I gained about 2 FPS average in Metro Last Light about 3%. Every other title
was within the margin of error...Batman AA, AC and AO.
Played in Borderless until a couple days ago, now play in Full Screen due to G-Sync.
If you read the driver notes, driver profiles for some games require that you install Geforce Experience.
Divinity: Original sin, one of the top selling games for the past month on steam is one such game.
They don't include up to date profiles in the drivers themselves so they can push Geforce Experience.:thumbdown
