    Hi

    Is this driver identical to 314.14 by BF3, ie no stutter fixes?

    For example 314.09 titan is very smooth, even 314.07 is much better then 314.14.

    Great Tomb Raider drivers ManuelG , my compliments to the chef. A gain of 16fps for me and all weird effects seem to now be fixed.

    Hugs and kisses all round!.

    Yeah, I downloaded the patch and ran the benchmark, then I installed the new drivers and did the same benchmark again.

    So for me the drivers alone gained me 16fps.

    Hm i didnt see any real difference with TressFX on heh, i had to disable high precision and shadows back to normal (new option, ultra) and then i saw a gain from avg 42fps to avg 55fps.

    also this new patch didnt fix it much, there is still clipping and now its sticking out of her neck like by Alice xD

    Guess that invisible hump was there for a reason

    didnt change much for me aswell. it did increase the minimum a bit with the movie bits. still 20fps at times. so i capped it to 30fps with inspector again.
    but i cant expect anything with this 2 year old card tbh

    I've hadn't tried Tomb Raider yet as I was curious as to whether these drivers had the same performance issue with Dead Island as the v314.14 betas. Sure enough, they do... the game runs abysmal with a framerate of 35 fps and really, really stuttery movement. My GPUs have 10-15% usage between them and barely scrape 48 C. Yet this game works perfectly with the v314.07 WHQL drivers and the game runs at 60 fps with exactly the same settings (maxed out, 1920x1200 with 8xCSAA forced in the driver using the 0x10C1 flag).

    Could someone else check this out for me please to verify it isn't something specific to my machine? Dead Island: Riptide is out next month and uses the same engine I believe so it doesn't bode well for its performance if the v314.14+ drivers have broken performance with the engine.

    Thanks.

    I got curious because he has even older gpu then we two. Unless he plays with few settings off or lower..
    Edit: I saw in another thread he uses all on high..

    @Major Melchett
    New shadow option on ultra too, and what about high precision on or off?

    As for BF3, they're better then 314.14, but 314.09 is still no1 driver atm.
