Going to have to wait for the devs for that, although, I haven't really tried it yet tbh lol.
It obviously meens they couldn't get it right to bring us WHQL,
This is to protect there own necks,
Recommended for gamers diving into Batman: Arkham City
Fixes random flickering as Windows boot logo is loading or fading away. <---I believe this was treated as a myth here
Fixes the issue where 1920x1080 @60Hz PC resolution mode switched down to @59Hz.
Lets see how it performs in Batman, don't have my hopes up though.
Finally fixed Windows7 boot logo a.. wow took long enough, heh after 3 driver branches..
Now lets see :nerd:
edit: ah still beta lolz
Every 285 driver broke my Left 4 Dead 2 game (which I play a lot), specifically the driver would very often recover itself going from in-game back to the main menu (and usually the screen would be all snowy until exited the game). This never happens with 275.33. I hope 290 doesn't have this bug!
12/6 Update: Reason to believe physx 1107 is the culprit behind the L4D2 issue (yes even though the game has nothing to do with physx).
Hoping they would enhance a little more the performance in BF3 :thumbdown
I have min 125 fps in bf3.
Seems my inspector profiles for bf3 and bfbc2 wont import properly with these drivers.
Will test this as soon as i get home!
Fingers crossed for a miraculous extra 10 frames in Saints Row 3.
Not that it doesn't run good, but 60 frames min would be nice...
Did they removed control panel folder in installer?
Im always extracting driver folder and then remove any unwanted folders and just saw that, I guess they're using a new technique, again. It better not fux up everything like its kinda typical for NV lately..
edit: nvm control panel installed fine, but i had a little trouble with physx installer, i had to first remove old 9.xx.1107 and then reinstall from this pack.
If i selected repair or modify it said it can't find the installer.
windows7 boot logo seems cured.
I tested Skyrim and Batman AA and didn't see any change in FPS, Batman also still had stutter in DX11. Skyrim was just loaded from a save to see the FPS in that location didn't run around, I don't know if the .ini or mods prevented any change that might have happened.

2 official beta's in row, interesting ...
i fail to see any visual and performance difference between old fallout3 AO bit and new skyrim one..
tested @high quality mode
Voltage read out bug is fixed , or it is back if you should believe ManuelG from NVIDIA.
Some history , I adressed the voltage read out on driver 280... was incorrect if you modded the bios
My question and the answer
Now the read out with 290.. is back the same as what the bios shows.
So I think that is a good thing.
does it look dark like with FO3 AO or is it a little lighter like with CODMW1 AO string?
edit: nvm i found my answer
Who said anything about waiting. I try every beta so this one is on high priority.
No fpslimiter in these.
No BF 3 fixes, performance increases? ;0(
Skyrim performance is still the same for me aswell. Let's hope the Patch changes things a LOT!.
runs about the same for me, seems maybe there's a bit better performance when theres lots of smoke, and i also held my frame rate when scoping. so ya i guess there are improvements
