I (unfortunatley) have Win 98 SE , and I think it sucks. Too many shutdown problems. I also wouldn't touch XP with a ten foot pole if it were the last O/S in existence (as a matter of principle).
NOW; which other Micro$oft operating system out there is good for games? I know most of my games will run on 95/98/NT . If they run on NT, will they run on win2K (which is based on the NT kernel)? I also heard that winDoze ME is probably the best for running games on. Can anyone help me, cos I think Win 98 is , and 95 is not much better. And as for NT . . . . . . . . . .

win2k is a lot more stable then minME.i ran winME for a year, some programs crashed but games ran good.most games will run on win2k.if want the most stable (pre winxp) go try win2k.
