Obviously George R.R. Martin is still working things out in regard to character and storyline outcomes, and if they're anything like in the TV show, the situations will clearly be unfolding at a much slower pace and with much more complex influence on the characters who turn. It's probably why he's up to 10,000 pages or whatever it is now. I bet Danerys or however you spell it probably goes through a LOT more crap if she winds up going wack like that. She was such a goody two-shoes for 99 percent of the show (and indeed, in the books) that it's hard to imagine her becoming like Cersei or the Mad King just poof, like that. Maybe she'll run into a few more betrayals and assassination attempts that make her paranoid and trigger the psycho madness. In the books we'll be able to read what she's thinking and hopefully it will all make sense. And another thing, I thought this whole thing would end up with all the land covered in winter snow that lasts more than a decade, and whoever the Dead didn't finish off would starve to death, with only people in Dorne or across the narrow sea relatively untouched.
Quite short, funny as well as a bit depressing... they contain minimal commentary as they are a form of supercuts.
