There was a hilarious thread on IMDB earlier, some guy was upset because people were happy about Joffrey. You know, because being happy that a fictional character who happened to be a sadistic monster died makes us bad people.
It's obvious the fool was involved. During the intro of the series when it showed Sansa saving him, I said that's a weird thing to include in a whole series catchup, a bit about essentially a none character. Then we had the wasted time last ep with him following her. Then this ep him saying come with me or you'll die. It's obvious he knew something. Too much time was wasted on a nobody otherwise. I don't think he orchestrated it, but he played a part.
aha! effing prick.. i was getting annoyed with how he was behaving in the wedding... and I should say, was not disappointed with what GRRM did to him!
Fckin major spoiler man ban this nub. Lol his eyes are in the wrong direction in the last pic, that looks funny. They must've given in with the poison.
So, without any spoilers, I can say that Joffrey did have a younger brother and sister. The sister, Myrcella, is older (I want to say that Myrcella is maybe 12 and Tommen is maybe 7 or 8) and was sent by Tyrion to live with the Dornish back in season 1 I think. The youngest brother, Tommen, should still be in King's Landing and heir to the throne after Joffrey, since the crown passes to the eldest son. For some reason they haven't shown him on screen since.... I really can't remember the last time we saw him. He should still be around though. Of course, at this point we all pretty much know that none of them are "rightful" heirs to the throne since non of them were actually Robert Baratheon's children. Stannis would have the best "legal" claim, I guess you could say.
Danaerys Stormborn is the rightful heir to the Iron Throne. Anyone else is a descendant of the usurper House of Baratheon.
Yeah basically. Oberon was wearing a helmet in the books but other then that pretty similar. I didn't expect it to be that visceral in the show, was pretty awesome. Pedro Pascal the actor who plays Oberon is really awesome, guy needs more roles in the future.
