I think Timesplitters 4 will use Cryengine 3, which is more optimized for consoles... But then again who knows what's going on in their minds:p

CryEngine 2 would be my favorite if it were a bit more optimized; I know that it looks amazing but I still feel like Crytek could've done a better job.

All of those engines are great! Personally, I went for the CryEngine2, but the next iteration should be even more interesting.

Left 4 Dead has soft shadows. and the graphics is better than other source games.. and what source engine benefits is, it's totaly versatile with games that also uses source engine. like Garry's Mod..

Don't like Unreal engine at all, it looks fake!
    Source is great but old!

So going with Cry Engine 2!

Source Engine hands down. Best engine that has ever been made so far.

My favorite is the source engine, I love how it performs and how it looks.

The cryengine2 is amazing, it still has so much potential. Here is a small video of the engine in action http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZR5IvXGMts (watch it in HD)

The Unreal engine looks like everything is on wax. I hate it.

Source engine. It is well optimised, looks good and a lot can be done with it. It also has a lot of games based on it.

Unreal 3 engine for SP, Source engine for an online game (UT still has a long way to go for a perfect netcode online). Cry Engine, would get the top spot if another year goes by, because by then the average pc might be able to actually run it.

Unreal3 for me... Like the look of it more than Crysis (horrible interiors) and it performs like no other engine out there (60fps @ 1680x1050, 4xAA/16xAF). It's fantastic and I'd love to see it being used even more.

None of the above. Wait till Euphoria's engine is used when BackBreaker (finally) gets released.

    Real time physics...its about time!
