Ok, for all tips, but returning on topic, someone knows how make works sc2 with G-sync?
this is a long shot - but try installing nvidia geforce experience - it may include the correct profile needed for SC2 and gsync ?
Also another thing, how do you know its not working ? SC2 may not have such a noticeable difference between v-sync and g-sync ? what FPS are you playing at?
it's simple because when u push the menù button on the monitor it's say normal mode.
When G-sync it's active it's say G-sync mode on! like all others games...
Weird.. GSYNC isn't supposed to do all this.. It doesn't use an upscaler.
SC2 probably uses borderless full screen... it's weird too...
IIRC there's an issue with SC2, Win8.1 and updates that force the game into windowed fullscreen. Try running ShadowPlay, it more than likely won't work either.
There's a thread with the updates you can uninstall, can't find it atm though.
You can try this solution:
thanks mate, i will try
ok can you pls explain to me better the first point?
Ah, I should of read that properly. Point one doesn't help you at all lol.
Post #7 has the update to uninstall:
Sorry sir, but your point is outdated.
The latest Shadowplay release with the FPS counter addition can record Windowed games and Desktop.
By the way, could OP explain why G-sync means so much to you in SC2 but on the other hand you call it overrated?:nerd:
Just i want to understand why it works for all games but not for sc2!!
I tried the unistall of the update but nothing happened...
