This is what I am expecting out of GOW with it's FSR implementation.

Played Assetto with FSR to test it out.
Thankfully I dont need with my 6800xt in that game.

I do wanna try FSR on my RX 570 8gb rig though.
That card is pretty long in the tooth these days.

 

Same, my RX 6900 XT doesn't really need it as well as all games run pretty smooth at 3840x1080.

Tell that to my Leadtek GTX 1080 as well (HTPC rig), nVidia simply doesn't give a crap about optimizing for performance uplift for their older cards To them, it's all about the RTX line of cards, but thankfully, FSR is here to help. I was actually able to run Godfall at max ingame + Quality preset (FSR) and still net pretty playable framerate at 4K. Gonna install Hired Gun and RE Village in my HTPC to try out FSR.

 

I just sold my 3840x1080 49 inch.
I miss it but i want a 5120x1440 one.

I badly need a gpu for my HTPC but im not paying $400 for a 1660ti or GTX 1070.

I tested the method for FSR in any game and it works well for single player games cause its locked to 60hz.

 

I'am using Lossless Scaling app, because not all games have FSR, in BF5/ MW/BOCW +25-30fps on balanced
The implementation is not the best, in games with avg TAA implementation, and a lot of foliage you can spot a little visual downgrade.
The app also offers NIS (Nvidia Image Scalling)

Use the loseless scaling and have fsr in any game.

Ok so i bought the tool, loaded cod warzone, the font is blurred, and i didn t get any performance gain fps still the same, game looks so bad and no performance gain, infact input lag and all sorts of shite going on when i scale to 1.5

 

Set the resolution to 1600x900 (windowed) and scale to 1.2 = 1080p/fsr/ultra quality

1280x720/1.5 = 1080p/fsr/quality
