FRYBENCH SP2 64Bit - Test your CPU multithreaded power Welcome, for the ones that don't know anything about this bench, it uses the FryRender engine to render a 40MP image of a glass on top of a wood pillar and a couple of leaves. It is a multithreaded, CPU intensive application, so the more cores the merrier and of course MHZ are important too. You can download it from Guru3D: http://downloads.guru3d.com/Frybench-download-2709.html (its a very light application) I just published my results on their page: http://www.randomcontrol.com/index.php?option=com_rcbench&Itemid=140&benchid=1 My results is: 6m 25s (208th position) which is the time it took for my PC to render the whole picture. What about yours? Please, everyone is welcome to post their results, even if you got a K-6 II or a P4 HT !!
Downloading this now, not the fastest speed ever, so will try it out in 5minutes. Will test with HT on and off, see if it makes much, if any difference.

im just saying..theres allready a thread about this, that i made, its well, with ranking and so..and allready more advanced...i just dont see a point in a new one of the same.. just saying....
Ah, i somehow seemed to of missed that one. Ran in 6m 31s with this CPU set to auto overclock, which from memory varies the multiplier between 16-43, so at 4.3ghz, no HT.
Yes, I agree, I created this thread as I didn't see any on the benchs area. I just didn't like that you came in here and started posting in a censoring kind of way. Your post is quite complete and actually looks great. I'm sorry if I over reacted, I will gladly post on yours but now I'm not at home so I cant add pics just yet.
