hi, i have one 144hz monitor with freesync/gsync compatible, i see on another sites the best settings are run games with vsync off, latency mode on ultra (or on mode if appears stutterings) and fps capped on 141fps or 138fps, i cant find a consense about this, whats really better to enjoy the full 144hz benefict? 141fps or 138fps? if i set 143fps or 144fps i have tearing (fps higher than 144hz of monitor)
