After installing this latest driver it has affected the frame rate from a minimum of 50fps down to 18fps. It appears that it does not work well with Vulcan. Is anyone experienced a similar problem, I'm going back to the previous version and it works fine.
no, that would be you installing the driver while leaving control utilities open. drag the performance target back to 100%.
