omarmakki, go for broadband! Broadband rocks! A 256kbps connection is good enough! Go for it!

****! I get my new Modo day after tomorrow. ****, I haven´t playd NFSU2 for weeks, amd those pics made me miss it even more!!!

Really I´m that kind of player who don´t look to fps, and uses vSync bacouse it is smoother. But onew day happily I didn´t put it on after testing my system, and NFSU2 ran so smooth!! I even increased my resolution to 1280x1024 and still it is far more smooth than ever befoure.

I get something like 40fps 1280x1024 (everything pumped to max) and 4xaa and 2xaf. (Somehow af kills my performance, it also could be video drivers+af+nfsu2)

About the view, I can´t imagine to play every where else but cockpit(drivers wiev) It is so perfect.

My system was(will be ones agian)
    P4 prescott 2.8@3.3GHz
    1gt ddr400 dualchannel
    80gt sata
6800LE 16x1,5,,,, 350/900 (it really rocks to have 2.2ns chips onboard)

I'm hearing alot about unlocking pipe, and how do you do that? I have a really bad low-med spec computer, and I run 'alright'.

I can increase my clocks to 380/950 but I think it is bit safer like this. But I tryed vSync back on with same clocks and settings but it drops my performance again.

WTF!! How can you even reach 950 stable in games?? Did you mess with timings, vmod etc etc? Plz, teach me how!

Just download everything you can with 56K and let your parents know you can study as well. I mean you have a 6800, and your still studying right?

Also, The only way I can go over 90 FPS in NFSU 2 is if I put it to 800 x 600 with all settings low and off. At one stage under a tunnel in City Center I got over 120 FPS, but that's it (That was with my old 350W PSU, getting my 480W Antec TruePower PSU Friday!)

    Thanks

ADSL 2 here will be 24576 download speed / 1024 Upload speed!!! WOW? :O

Don't believe me? Then check it out!!!
