Do you by any chance know how to map this with a steering wheel? I've manage to map most but I've ran into trouble where the camera is always rotated at an angle and not looking straight ahead :/

I have no tweaks, frankly I donno what you're talking about ;d I hit the shortcut, I see the first turn 10 something animation, I see the forza logo and it just throws some text at me and never finishes loading. I didn't even seen the first menu.

Thank you for this will try later, and i found complied releases https://github.com/GameTechDev/PresentMon/releases

Also latest DXtory works fine and thanks for Xoutput works great with some cheap controller.

If the game crashes i lose all settings it's so annoying :bang:

Well think about it this way,
    o Apex is free
o Its limited at the moment but will improve
o Physics for me seems good (im no specialist here though, its feels good), especially in replays, you can see all the cars movements and they are fluid. You rear end another car, the kinetic energy travels to the next car and it also rear ends the car in front of it.
o I only need one r9 280x to play it with ultra settings at VSR 1440p
o Theres no texture issues, there no issues at all actually for me and its a BETA
o Performance as a whole is buttery smooth
    o No support required

I've had non stop issues with Dirt since patch v1.1 and theres no sign of an update.

    For Dirt,
o i need both cards in CFX and OC to get a constant 60fps at VSR 1440p ultra
o but... CF doesnt work, they destroyed it in the latest patch
o I've had texture issues since before release, it wont be fixed now
o I have poor quality shadows (low resolution at Ultra settings)
o It doesn't look ANYTHING as good as Apex, period
o It doesn't run as fluid as Apex
    o Cost 40 euro
    o Support is no existent

But everyone is different and looking for different things in games.
I will HAPPILY THROW 60-70 euro at Apex at release because its exactly what i look for in a game in general.

These are of course the old versus the new and somewhat to be expected so...

First, Forza is Semi-Sim and its biased to Fun Arcade :)
AC and RR3/rFactor is More Sim, with Great physics and IR scaned tracks -> One can't compare these two head->head :bang:

You can compare it easily to pCars and GTR Evo (Semi-Sim Profile)

Forza APEX is an Strong rival to them for sure :nerd:
I have finished all events (need 2 more Gold medals and it will be Maxed Out)
When you try AI lev >25% you'll see :)

Just finished every single thing to do in Apex. I was able to play the entire demo/beta with maxed out custom settings, 8xMSAA @1440p with a handful of stutters and one dip under 60FPS in the LMP1 Spa race in the rain. I am really pleased with how this is performing so far, can't wait to see what they can do with patches.

@OnnA, I did every single event on unbeatable AI (70%) and some of them were tough! I would say the hardest thing in the demo/beta was having to catch that GT2 Aston on Sebring at night in the Corvette GT3. He gets to start in first, has a much higher PI for his car, so I basically had to run 3 near perfect laps to sneak by him on the last turn of the last lap. Got me to #3 on the leaderboards after a few tries.

Loving this free test so far, just waiting for the additional spotlight races to unlock.

I'm driving only with JoyPad so not every % boost for my Points are avaible. (im in ~700 position Global now)

What wheel you have? G25/27/29 or Thrust M. ?

    No wheel, just XB1 controller.

Tracks are actually one of the strong points of forza when it comes to real life tracks. Those are also scanned ones. The physics are good when one turns every assist and what not off. But the need for a wheel comes then and wheels don't really work with APEX I guess?

But yes RR3, AC are hardcore sims, not like pCars, GTR Evo, Forza or Gran Turismo which all are somewhere in the middle balancing it.

The game works rather poorly for me gpu usage is 70% or so with all maxed out and it stutters. I just know it is my single channel memory :D

Its runs stupidly well on my system and only using one cpu core (two threads) :puke2:

DX12 looks promising, they just need to sort out some of the UWP issues for us gamers so we can do what we've always done, change anything we like :p

    Stats Here :)

Another interesting thing i found when messing around with VSR, when i attempt to run the game any higher than 1920x1080 at ultra (i.e 1920x1200), it states in game that i dont have enough video memory to run the game at that resolution. :)

UPDATE: Actually, due to the lack of widescreen support with the game, i configure CRU with 2560x1440p resolution and run Apex at that. well chuffed :D

I'll see how that impacts the performance...

UPDATE 2: Still runs at 60 fps (High) Not enough vram for ultra

Yes, and it's the best I've felt with my Xbox One controller so far. It is, in one word, awesome!

Lack of widescreen support? Do you mean ultra wide? The game runs at 2560x1440 for me just fine
