@Archer1978, thanks! I'll need it :bang:
Oh and just tested this driver in GTR2, and I'm really impressed! It's the fastest driver for that game that I ever seen! And the IQ is quite good too.

    Ok, back to studies now...

:bounce: That sounds excellent ! I can't wait until the official ones are released ! These are also up on EVGA's site Download site for the 8800's. However, you better mod the .inf file.

these are really nice drivers, performance has gone back up for me on stock settings so expected a little boost with oc'ed settings, quality is nice and some of the bugs i were getting from previous drivers have gone.

one of the better driver set ive had since the 90series

Driver runs good on my 7950GX2(needed makler's inf)

CoD2 looks very nice, colors a bit warmer then with the 91.45 wich was my alltime favo for long time, will test it tonight to see how it runs ingame in CoD2, cause with some of the other drivers(91.47and up) hitting a target was kind of worse for CoD2.

but now we also need a new RivaTuner, the driver is unsupported, but the OC does stil work.

    **edit 1**
    just ran a 3dmark06, score goes a 30 point up to 7053.
the temps of the card went up a little, 3 degrees.

    **edit 2**
tested CoD2 (realy like the aiming with this one, Toca3, FlatOut 2 and some of the NSF series, all run very nice on my rig, definitely a keeper for my this time.

    **edit 3**
tried the modified installer of makler @ a freshsssssssssss install op WinXP and got some corrupted S*** on my screen like you OC'ed your card to much, so quess that there is still missing some t get them workig proper.

All you need to do in order to get the 9702 drivers to work is to copy the .inf file from the 93.71 driver set and edit the driver version in the .inf to 9702 from 9371.

Of course the drivers won't work on the 8800 series then... but that isn't an issue at all is it?
