Download the driver , download the inf... copy the inf into the downloaded driver folder & install

 

I Run some tests with couple drivers

I use 3dmark06 Pro with all updates

186.18 = 12804 - Minor Slow on Crysis and Bug with Dirt 2 game crash to desktop after begin race

186.91 = 12755 - Minor Slow on Crysis and Bug with Dirt 2 MS8x or more game crash to desktop

188.22 = 12661 - Fine on all games no gain but no lost performance all games running smoth

188.25 = 12812 - Major Boost on all Games *.* Incredible Performance Gain... Best i ever seen Fallout 3 smoth no glitch and shutter

195.81 = 12858 - Major slows on Crysis... Work normale on Dirt 2 Huge slows on Batman with physx high major slows on Fallout 3

188.25 best driver i ever seen lol

I'll definitely use this driver

Hmm this driver doesn't install for me even with modded inf.

 

you need nvfm.inf and nvlt.inf modded nvlt.inf you can get in same link of driver and nvfm.inf you can use this http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YBE4DVTX

Elaborate please, the 3DMark Score doesn't tell much about it.
Whats the minimum fps difference with 1920x1080 AAx4 AFx16 with and without V-Sync on different games as example?
Those 3 words your using kinda make it sound like you got a new graphic card

Fantastic drivers... all games work as they should , alt tabbing works , frame rates are good across the board.

And yet you didn't show some statistics proofing your statement.

 

I tried them yesterday and I am going to keep them.
In Far Cry 2 benchmark I got this:

NVIDIA 195.62 average FPS 53.x

NVIDIA 188.25 avarage FPS 72.x

The game settings were identical.

I also noticed that drivers without "Power management" option in NVCP give me better and smoother performance than any 19x.xx drivers.

 

I've never liked that " power management " option , causes more problems than it's worth !

 

Finaly this is the driver i put 191.07 a side... Superb driver...

 

haven't tested this for games yet, but my 3dmark06 score is similar to 190.62.

I should also note that I can no longer tell gpu temps with these. Running win 7 x64 gtx 275
