    Reason for crash! My games crash when my PC is overclocked!!! the games run fine on normal clocks, E6320@1820mhz! even did a clean uninstallall and ran back to 163.16 but still the games crash when the CPU is overclocked! What gives!!!!????

    THis never happened until i have installed 163.44!!!!!!!!
    I possibly need to reinstall the games????

    that's been an issue forever now, and don't ever expect it to get fixed.

    Honestly.

    Finally!!!

    Let me start off by saying....gaaahahhhhhh at last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have waited 9 months for these drivers.

    After so much heartache, I finally get to use my 8800 SLI cards + 4GB ram + Vista Ultimate 64bit, working like a dream! :cops:

    No more of that nasty 'driver has stopped...blah blah blah' crap that I had to endure painfully. However, I do have to admit that the only game I still get it in is Quake 4, which doesn't really matter since hardly anyone really plays that anymore.

    Nvidia, if u dare break something in these drivers, then i'll...well let's just say I won't be happy ok? :approval:

    Tried setting the scaling to "Use display's built-in scaling" and it won't even do THAT... It's set to "Use Nvidia scaling" no matter what :x Hope they fix this..

    To enable aa with these drivers change the aa mode from application controlled to override any application setting then the aa menu underneath opens and you can set your aa to the settings you want.

    3d mk06 results

    Just a basic FYI comparo from my setup:

    Stock setup at 2.66 (using 162.18):
    3D Mks06 = 12984
    SM2 = 5379
    SM3 = 5430

    Cpu o/c to 3.20 (using 162.18):
    3D Mks06 = 13792 (with Ultra o/c'd to 650/1190 = 14499)
    SM2 = 5626 (5939)
    SM3 = 5589 (5966)
    CPU = 5053 (5064)

    As above @ 3.20 - using new Beta 163.44:
    3D Mks06 = 13934
    SM2 = 5655
    SM3 = 5709
    CPU = 5030

    Noooooooooooooooooo !!!!!
    Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!!!
    :( :( :(

    I tought the display driver not responding was definitely gone but it hasn't ><
    When ic ame back from work my computer had rebooted and when I clicked it made dispaly driver not responding errors all the time..had a hard time going to visual settings and deactivate aero...
    back to "best performance UI" :/

    p.s.
    Vista 32bit
    if MOH airborne has like Bioshock nothing better on DX10 than Dx9 I'm going back to XP...and the lame motion blur I don't want to use won't be enough...
    can't enable AA by forcing it in bisohcok and moh on Vista and in MOH case without AA it's fugly

    edit 2:
    geez that's it going back to XP even with aero I got the display not responding error :(
    computer was up for 48h+ without reboot before that btw

    Ok Ok back to business, after a clean installation of this driver (163.44) and reinstallation of both games, things are now running super @ 2,8ghz.
    I think that was the issue, stable drivers at last shadows in GRAW2

    Try running your RAM at a 1:1 timing with your FSB (that is, at 667Mhz if you're running your CPU at 10x333Mhz) instead of at 1066Mhz, and lower the timings to 4-4-4-12 or even 3-3-3-9 to pick back up most if not all of the performance you'll lose from less frequency. Vista runs better this way and perhaps your "driver not responding"s will go away...

    Just a suggestion, born out by some in other mobo forums...I know, you've got an ASUS Striker, but I'd still give it a try.

    For those asking about World of Warcraft:

    163.11 performs much better.

    Also, I lost the HDR Lighting setting with these drivers.

    This is on Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit.

    Using It With Builtin 6150 with WIn VistaUltimate. And result is very Good. I have a Hp LCD and after installing it no need to boost up my rightness manually it make it brighty and glass and shadows effects are running more smothly.
