Ubisoft showcased some very interesting games at E3. This one caught my attention above all the others. I can see this being a very competitive, and tactical multiplayer co-op game.
So this is why AC devs have no more plans for MP - they ripped away the AC MP mode (the only MP mode that brought something REALLY original to a Ubisoft series) and decided to cash in on it as a fullprize title 'IP' lol They only exchanged the char models, some animations and a flag capture system. Everything else is pretty much taken from AC Unity. Not a bad idea if you want more $$$ without really designing a whole new game.
After watching the interview with the designer (that bearded dude), and hearing him talk about how he would walk down the street with an imaginary controller in his hands thinking about how the controls would work.... I'm gonna have to say as good as this looks, if I can't play it with mouse and keyboard, I really have little to no interest.
If you could, would you please keep an eye on the control scheme, and make sure that kb&m controls are fully remappable and not just a halfhearted console-ized copy paste attempt?
Well this sucks, i can't play it lol the game doesn't even have mouse and keyboard support at all. Posting this probably gets me out of the alpha but i don't mind i can't play it anyway. EDIT: Apparently it was in the NDA, i guess i missed it.
