Make sure you have the client setup and also make sure your using the right drivers to match it (I had the same problem with the wrong drivers).

Here are the drivers for vista 64bit.

The new GPU must do SLI, because my single 8800gts320 is returning 2350ppd from project 5001.

It's great that the new nvidia card plus the ati card beat the ps3, but i wonder how many are folding or going to fold with them.

Millions fold with ps3, and that is some data.

Either way, good news for nvidia cards owners.

core 555/1357/812... a little over stock. It is now doing project 5002 and still 2400ppd. FahCore_11 is using 49-50% (one full core) of the E6600 @ 3.3Ghz. Are you saying you are getting almost twice my ppd with only one 8800gts320?

my clocks are 651/1512/1836 and yes i am getting almost double your score on a single card. the client only uses one you may want to download ati tool to scan for artifacts and use rivatuner to crank the fan and start seeing how much more you can squeeze out of that card. from what i remember the 8800gts's oc'd pretty well.

Nvidia Cuda is really showing what it's capable of here, using the 177.35 on xp 32-bit I'm getting ppd of 4,700 avg. on project 5002, using just one 8800 GTX very lightly overclocked.

I think it's some sort of software limitation as many people are seeing that 4,456 figure with this beta, well kinda hard to say at this stage.

Well I pushed it up to 701/1608/902 @ 62C W/ 100% fan. I am now getting 3000ppd w/ 5002 or 5001. Your signature says you have a 8800gts320 in SLI, but I thinking you may have the 8800gts512 now? That would seem about right, if not then the extra 200mhz on the cpu, or the faster ram? Awe-well doubling my ppd is not bad at any rate!

I read over at the f@h forums or faqs can't remember which that this client is highly cpu limited so it's most likely due to the quad.

But the SMP WUs are worth alot more points compared to the GPU WUs.

Its not that CPU limited, im running twin SMP clients and the GPU2 client lost about 100ppd which is nothing when its running this fast.

6500PPD is outstanding, mine doesnt go further than 50*c which is nice.

Yeah, but the GPU client for nvida will be going faster than the SMP clients so the points are having to be balanced.

It barely uses GPU, only if you keep viewer on CPU usage is high.

Well dunno why but my pc usage when running just a single instance of f@h 5.03 and the gpu client is between 50 and 80%, when running just the gpu client it's between 25 and 50% and I'm not using the viewer, but yeah I think the high cpu usage information I read was related to the viewer.

    Both running:

    Cpu client paused:
