Yes but they need additional RT Engines in GPU (like nV).
It can boost RT compute much, brute approach is meh at the moment.
All Games with more than 2 RT effects kills Radeon performance.
2.8GHz 6900XT and 20-30FPS in CP2077 in the other hand 3080 at 1.9-2.0GHz can deliver >45-50FPS
and there is DLSS that can do 60FPS 4k in CP2077 ....
Next-Gen Fable will be using the ForzaTech Engine
In July 2020, Microsoft and Playground Games revealed a new Fable game that will be coming on next-gen platforms.
And, according to a recent Turn10 job listing, this new Fable game will be using the ForzaTech Engine.
As the job listing reads:
“Do you want to have a major impact on 3 AAA titles in development across 2 beloved Xbox franchises?
ForzaTech is the engine, tools, and pipelines that drive both the Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series of games.
In addition to adding new features like raytracing to support the next console generation, we are also enriching the toolset to support an open world action RPG – Fable.”
Microids officially announces Flashback 2, coming to PC in 2022
Microids announced today that the development of Flashback 2 has started on PC and consoles.
Developed by a team under the supervision of Paul Cuisset, Flashback 2 will be an action platformer starring once again Conrad B. Hart.
Publishing a sequel to Flashback is a real honor for Stéphane Longeard, CEO of Microids:
“We are super excited to offer the fans a sequel to this masterpiece of the French video game history. At Microids, we thrive for delivering projects highlighting the craft of talented individuals.
Paul Cuisset is a French hall of famer known internationally. We are proud to work hand in hand with him and his team on this project.”.
