Lighting looks a lot better, grass LOD seems an improvement, but hard to tell from the console version which is on weak hardware ;)

Still looks a little cartoony. It'd be awesome to swap all the players out for high-def versions.

it's not the graphical difference it's the movement of the players, it's more fluid now, more realistic movement, something that was lacking badly in fifa 16 and the ignite engine anyway, i can see the difference btw 16 and 17 in terms of animations, i feel like i dont want to play 16 anymore after seeing this.

Can't find the old Fifa 17 thread. Am i missing something ? Was it deleted ?

Anyway, the demo is out. Impressions ?

Personally i haven't decided yet if i like it or not. There is definite improvement over Fifa 16. But still, i find the players movements a bit odd at times. I know this is an old build but still....can't decide whether to buy it or not.

It's an improvement over Fifa 16 but not a revolution.
Don't buy the game for the demo gameplay though. Usually, by november, after 2 or 3 gameplay patches (based on what the kids throwing away 5 000 bucks each year in the FUT packs resent), it feels nothing like the demo anymore.

I downloaded both the PS4 and PC demo. Personally i prefer
the gameplay of PES 2017 and FIFA 16. They also use way too
    much blur.

Not sure if this game needs a profile or a new driver but performance is all over the place during the opening cinematics for The Journey mode with my card switching between mid-2D and 3D clocks but never achieving anything like a solid 60 fps; usually between 35 and 50 fps. Maybe the card needs to be forced to max performance for this game? Playing it at Ultra 2560x1440 with a locked 60 fps framerate and 4xMSAA.

Cutscenes are locked at half your refresh rate. Disable FPS limit in the launcher and enable adaptive vsync in your Nvidia settings.

I'm sorry to ask, but i don't know how to do the same with amd.
I had the same problem in fifa 16.

Do i have to disable vsync? i have tried to enable it with the Radeon drivers but it doesn't work.
    THxS..
