i get 31fps on my 6800gs but its superclocked
I just crossed the bridge that leads towards the hospital. How much of the game is left from this point onwards?
About 1 interval, I just beat it for the second time, time to bump up the difficulty level again.
How much hours of gameplays is there? And how many new weapons?
The play time is about 6 hours (not sure though)
Weapons that are new are 3 or 4.
what about the new bomb with the builtin mini gun
it great when u have loads of guys after u just drop 1 of them and it get most of the for u
Just started Levitan (spelling) level.... to scared to play it.
So far, the game is really enjoyable and scary....
i dont think its a scary as the first 1 but it does **** me up
at night all lights off, on my 250inch projector screen(1280/1024) and a good pair of head phones lol
u should try playing the game on a projector as @ the size i run it at they are allmost life size lol
Wow F.E.A.R. Extraction Point uses alot of RAM
I really like the game
yeah is it me or when you go to the bit where the plane has crashed(interval 2 i think) does the frame rate hit the floor
The F.E.A.R. Extraction Point demo ran better on nVidia cards, maybe the full release also runs better on nVidia
possibly , but i get 80fps average on the test , but EP is more of a system killer becuase of better textures , bigger scenes and and battles
I get also about 70 to 80 Fps average with 47 Minumum at 1280
117 average 57 minimum on nvidia here 1440x900 but iam sli too
F.E.A.R. Extraction Point benchies:
-softshadows = off*
are these good for my card
* i dont like the look of it when its on
i dont need AA turn on at this resolution but it just takes every line away that look out of place
Meh, I'm not sure what to say. The FEAR devs need to be more innovative in regards of level design. A subway, a parking house, please! They just couldn't avoid the offices either. The spooky parts were definitely the best parts of the game - some really nice effects there. The length was okay, any longer and I would have been bored.
ya think ??? im loving this so far , mind you f.e.a.r is probably my favourite FPS ever (up there with far cry), i would really like to see more of it and the new weapons put into the multi-player mode , but really good , the new enviroments are great i think , having hospitals and sub-ways are spooky so that why i think they went for that , i mean you would see them putting you on an island like far cry , it just wouldnt work
I noticed that too. The scary pars were enough in amount too keep you throughout the game without getting bored.
Now i am eager to see what they will plan for a story if FEAR 2.0 appears.
