Ubisoft's forthcoming action-adventure release with Far Cry Primal shows fans of the series never-before-seen gameplay footage at this year's Game Awards.... Far Cry Primal - Gameplay Reveal Trailer
I don't think he did watch the trailer tbh But still it looks bland as hell. Graphics too look extremely bad for a "next gen" game. The fur on the animals looks like PS2 (aka 2003) style fur. Also since when do they release reveal trailers in 720p in 2015???
It seems Ubisoft themselves upload 1080 content. This is a decent video showing gameplay in more detail.
Only major complaints about what I saw were to do with the UI, but that can/will be modded out. But, other than capturing outposts for the 4th Ubi far Cry game in a row, what else does this have to offer? Also, I cant stand this engine. Somehow it manages to look so static and lifeless despite having so much onscreen.
Yeah...no. Definitely not gonna be buying this game. The concept doesn't interest me in the slightest.
That game was absolutely brilliant! "I'm tucking you in your death bed, and your blanket is six feet of my s***." "He told me to blow him, so I did." "Send for a medic ... so I can kill him too." "I think he got the point" After a headshot: "He was open minded" OT: Game looks okay, hope it runs without too many problems... We all know what happened with the previous games.
I am kind of interested, i mean we dont really have anything similar to this...no guns, stone age... But knowing Ubi they will mess it up
When will this stupid trend of yearly game releases (cash grab) dlcs and badly optimized console ports end?
i have not buy a ubisoft game since watchdogs and i remeber the watchdogs trailer thinking wow this game could be better than GTA but what a mess the game was on release and far worse than the GTA games they need to get rid of uplay and use steam stop with microtransactions put more time, effort and polish on the games and make the game run at 60fps maxed settings 1080p on a gtx 970 , 980ti and titan x for 1440p and 4k if ubisoft make games were u need 6gb-12gb vram at 1080p was the point because all people with 3gb and 4gb cards cant run the game at 1080p,
I definitely see the potential in this, but knowing Ubisoft, I have my doubts that that the game will fully live up to it. Still, I will keep an open mind about it, and look forward to more info on the game.
Being far more selective in buying games nowadays. First FC I think I will skip. No more AC or COD titles either.
